1999.5-2003.5 Ford Powerstroke

This turbo makes 483 HP and 1200 foot pounds on a "canned" tune. An upgraded Stage 1 HPOP was used as well 238/80 Rosewood injectors. An engineer friend of mine tells me it would easily go to 525 hp and likely more should a well written live tune get placed on the vehicle. We are all aware that the 94.5 to 2000.5 motors have forged connecting rods and can safely go to 550 hp whereas the 2000.5 to 2003.5 have "powdered metal" rods and cannot safely exceed 500 hp without proper motor preparation.
